Glen Glasgow

Technical Advisor

Glen Glasgow is an entrepreneur, beekeeper, and agricultural innovator whose work focuses on sustainable farming and practical technology. His journey into beekeeping began at the age of eighteen and later led to the creation of Glen’s Honey in 2016, following years of self directed study and hands on experience in ethical honey production. What began in his parents’ backyard in Vermont grew into a commitment to producing natural honey without additives while promoting responsible environmental practices.

Alongside his work in beekeeping, Glen has developed extensive experience in hydroponic agriculture. He currently operates multiple hydroponic farms in St Vincent and the Grenadines and has become known locally for his work advancing indoor farming techniques. His experimentation with plant cultivation and breeding has positioned him among the early innovators exploring controlled environment agriculture in the Caribbean.

Glen has also founded ventures such as Solar Leaf Productions and Glen Hotwrap, reflecting his broader interest in sustainable technology and practical innovation. Known for his ability to build, repair, and improve systems from the inside out, he is often the person who can take apart complex equipment and rebuild it to work better.

He also serves as Executive Director and Technical Advisor for the YEARN Foundation, where he helps guide youth focused initiatives in agriculture and sustainability. Glen’s combination of mechanical skill, agricultural expertise, and experimental mindset makes him a valued advisor on projects that require both technical insight and hands on execution.
