Elizabeth Charles Frederick

Elizabeth Charles is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in event coordination, business management, and agriculture. She is the founder of Pinnacle Services and co manager of Pinchers Hardware, a construction, trucking, and hardware business serving communities in St Vincent and the Grenadines.

Earlier in her career Elizabeth served as Head of Small Business Development at the Chamber of Commerce, where she worked closely with entrepreneurs to strengthen operations and grow sustainable businesses. Her background also includes experience in auditing, logistics, and community development, giving her a strong foundation in strategic planning and business operations.

Alongside her business work, Elizabeth has more than ten years of hands on farming experience and remains committed to supporting agricultural development and entrepreneurship in her community.
